    I ordered wine from ebay first choice sale two weeks ago it still hasnt shown up… (had guaranteed delivery date which was last tues by memory..

      I’ve had similar issues with First Choice delivery recently too… when I called they made an “IT systems” excuse. Ended up doing click and collect. You just reminded me that I never got my delivery fee refunded.. now to waste time on the phone to get my $6.95 back..

        yeah i was hoping to just do refund process through paypal, but it referred me to ebay. Then in ebay you have to do it bottle by bottle not the entire purchase arrgghhh

      You get $10 credit from eBay if you report it for late delivery. I know it doesn't help your situation but it's better than nothing. Hopefully it shows up soon!

      You won't get it.
      When I sent them a message asking about my wine order, they just refunded the money.
      I had issues with them before but gave them a benefit of doubt. And they failed again.
