  • Neg-ging these Groupon Shopback deals till they actually pay a cashback!!! So many of us have not had a cashback honoured. If there is no Cashback paid then its just normal pricing!!!

      • Nope. shopback have already announced they had tracking issues with Groupon. Now it's sorting out the money they owe us, but they are rejecting claims so not our fault but we are losing out.

        • Yeah from 7th to the 20th. Raulz33's comment reads as if he's never had ANY successful cashback with Shopback/Groupon.

    • Same here, SB has just started not paying out Groupon. What is really offensive is the standard copy and paste response from SB when you put a claim in. It’s like they don’t even bother looking.

    I just checked my shopback app and every single purchase made through Groupon so far has been confirmed and paid out.

  • Cashback confirmed but only 7.5% instead of 15%

  • Used the SB app for this and it didn’t work. Sad cause every SB has worked for Groupon but declined now
