Can this deal stack with 20% off for first time offer?

Try it and let us know.

    • No. Says so on the website. Next time try looking before posting a question that you could easily find out yourself…

  • Awesome coffee.
    love their Othodox blend!

  • Thanks OP, bought some beans as everything is 2 for 1 at the moment.

Was not impressed with these beans from last deal and will not buy again. This should be normal price.

I’m inclined to agree. Got this deal last time:
      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/418152
Were a bit better than average but not worth $60 a kilo. $30kg delivered I’ll likely grab some more.

I bought the triple pack (250gm packs of Orthodox, Wide Awake and Organic). Couldn't get a decent shot off any of them, very watery and little crema. Flavour average. I actually wondered if they were fresh roast or not as they didn't have much aroma at all. Still haven't found anything that comes close to Pablo and Rusty for bean/shot quality, value and taste. Hopefully they have a good Black Friday deal coming up too. These St Ali beans are top dollar prices and I expected a lot more from them.

Thanks, bought two kg of the orthodox blend. For $30 a kg, can’t really go wrong…

  • Was never a big coffee drinker, however i did enjoy a good coffee once in a while. About 6 months ago I started to get really bad acid reflux right after a good cuppa joe. Are their certain beans that are less acidic that would not cause the reflux? Or any solutions?

  • normally $60 per kg……. is it gold lined or something ? :|

    • Unfortunately not unusual for boutique roasters to be this price….especially when their store is in Prahran….

  • Nice one, we normally go with mycuppa due to the price but why not splurge on some better stuff due to a great deal. Thanks OP!

  • Any good deals on a Burr grinder?

I'm in for it, Not too big of coffee drinker But iv'e heard good thing about the brand, I'm Looking to store most of this long term and was wandering what my options are. Normally i would use A simple jar But i'm not sure if that would Suffice for keeping flavour. Any Info would help. Thanks!

The Two main things that normally degrade the quality are Light and oxygen. I would use a black or any dark colour container and keep and don't open it too often, That should do it.

  • I have a spare bag (1kg) of OTHORDOX beans roasted on 25th Nov in Melbourne for $25. Available for pickup in Melbourne CBD tomorrow to Friday. PM me if you're interested

  • Just bought their Orthodox pods and used them on Nespresso machines at home and work (to make sure). The result is brown water and taste like nothing/plain water. It's not even weak coffee. It is probably close to a used pod being reused for a 2nd or 3rd time! :( I'm asking for a refund now. See how it goes.

    • I found the Orthodox flavour weak, and produced little to no crema, and this was from whole beans freshly ground.

      • I have just opened my delivery and the coffee is AMAZING. Perfect crema and great flavour. Its all down to the grind of the beans as it was a COMPLETELY different setting to my last beans but dialing it in they are some of the best I have had….
