Our Mogiana regional lot is made from top lots produced in the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil. The Mogiana region, which runs along the Sao Paulo and Minas Gerias border, is home to some of the most consistently sweet, delicous & well-structured natural washed coffees produced in Brazil. Lots are hand selected from individual farms and processed to create a smooth, clean, highly consistent end product.
Our Huila regional lot is produced from small farms around the city of San Augustin in the Southern zone of the Huila Department. This region produces fine coffee with a clean cup profile and vibrant acidity. The Huila region enjoys long and multiple harvests throughout the year meaning that fresh coffee is available nearly all year around.
