Kogan has dropped the price of its smart diffuser to $39. I have two of them and they work quite well. I'd recommend using the Tuya app rather than Kogan's app.

    Kogan First seems like a scam. Dashboard conveniently doesnt have a cancel subscription button like it advises to use. Non refundable deduction of full year after 14 days. AVOID

    • Exact thing happened to me. I was expecting a notification 3 days before billing. When I contacted customer service they referred me to the T&C.

      • I was skeptical, only initiated the trial yesterday and had to use the 'before buy' help desk option to even be able to contact them. The run around seems like a clear entrapment scam.

        • Was a two-click process for me on mobile website. Can cancel straight away and still get remaining days on trial.

            Lets not make it easy and wrongly advise people that its cancelled.

          • @cloudy: Thanks for taking the time - I found those instructions but there was no ''cancel renewal'' button on the Kogan First Dashboard. They obviously knew people would find this missing hence the need for ''If the Cancel Renewal option is not appearing it is most likely because you have already cancelled''.

            • @white-rhino: other reasons for 'cancel renewal' button not appearing seem to be from a convenient glitch. Russian Scam. Each layer of shit represents another percentage of people who wont cancel in time.
