        In the item description it says '2019 model'. EBay usually favours buyers in disputes. So that should be slightly reassuring for those concerned.

          I believe they were referring to the switch.

          The fortnite bundle is the most recent version of the ps4 Pro (if you're worried EB would pull a bait and switch you can check the code (serial?/model number?) on the console matches the one on the box when it arrives.

      A lot of them will flat out refuse to match eBay.

      However their policy states they will match online orders from major retailers. EB Games is a major retailer.

      However it also says they won't match coupon prices.

      So either you grey lucky with the JB Hi-fi manager or Amazon matches the coupon price (as they did yesterday with the PS4 VR pack) and you get JB Hi-Fi to match Amazon.

      Just went and picked mine up from JB, unfortunately didn't go down to $339, but they let me get it for $348. Just showed them the coupon working and the guy said the best he could do is $348, happy with that when stacking with outstanding gift cards.

      It says in the item description that it's the 2019 model.

      Check the box/serial number when it arrives and if they pulled a bait and switch open a dispute through eBay. Make sure you screenshot the item description too.

        eBay has a best price guarantee for 48 hours after purchase. But they don't do other eBay deals, only other retailers. Just checked.

      Go to Amazon customer service chat, they'll change the status from 'shipping soon' to 'not yet dispatched'. Then you can cancel manually. Just did it.

    Just had online chat with Amazon AU and they confirmed that the switch bundle (with Mario Kart Deluxe) I brought is HA-001 Serial number starting with XKW. A bit of google states that this is the new 2019 model with longer battery life.

    Model number: HAC-001(-01).
    Product serial number: Begins with XKW.
    Product description: Battery life approximately 4.5 to 9 hours.

    Model number: HAC-001.
    Product serial number: Begins with XAW.
    Product description: Battery life approximately 2.5 to 6.5 hours.

          Hey there, thanks for that. I opened it and the Switch console has the HAC-001(-01) and also the SN starts with XKW. So that's a relief. I'm not sure why it says HAC-001 on the packaging but differently on the console itself

      10% of that 15% is coming from Zip, meaning you need to get Zip and get a credit score hit. May not be worth it for a lot of people.
