  Hey rep, I've emailed tobydeals 3 times asking for a refund on an amazfit GTS which I ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago. Think if you're not going to send me my order, you could at least refund my payment. Not impressed by the absence of any kind of customer service.

  I'm waiting on shipping confirmation of a Xiaomi Smartmi 2S fan ordered two weeks ago, no reply to emails sent to customer support. Are we getting ripped off here? 🤔 Can't in good conscience recommend anyone buy from here unless customer service gets their act together.

    Same problem. I've lodged a complaint with paypal, seems to be the only way I'll get my money back from this dodgy company.

      I just got a reply saying it's out of stock and to wait a little longer. No indication of how long "a little longer" is…

  I had the same issue as others. Ordered and paid for Airwrap with priority shipping, no response for over a week. When I asked for an update I eventually was told that it was not it stock! Lodged Paypal dispute for full refund.

  Will not deal with this seller ever again and advise others to not do so as well
