    Up to is the key words. Some USB3 ones are slower than USB2.

  Expect slow, very slow writing speed. I have one of the exact model. The drive is optimised for reading, not writing.

  These get awfully slow when trying to copy large amounts of data. At best I get 30MB/s (for small files) but once the files become larger, they slow to a crawl and hover between 3MB/s-10MB/s. I've never seen them hit the quoted 80MB/s.

  They took a long time to ship. Ordered on Dec. 5th, was posted on Dec. 12th. I suspect they will be coming from OS. Not a huge drama for me, but maybe for others.
