Refurbished qc35s version 2 for less then $300 at the Bose online store. Very good price for these. Not the cheapest I've ever seen but still quite cheap.

I get that this is out of stock.. but that is not a valid neg, it is still cheaper, regardless of anything else.
I wouldn't call this a bargain by any means, if it's $10 more for brand new headphones, there is no reason to pick these up
