    • Are you still using it or did you get tired of it. Honest question as I have been hesitant to get one. Concerned the company closed down and no longer offer support and updates

        I got it for my 6yo son, he still loves it but he’s also got Sphero and 2 Ozobots.I…got tired of charging them :P

        I bought one in 2016 Nov when it was first released. It was fun in the beginning and then got tired of it after 1-2 months.

        Vector should be more fun. If Vector is at this price, I would get one.

  • Thanks OP. Got one last night. This is s great price! My son has Cozmo and loves it. I’ve been waiting for a good price to get my niece one. Looks like they’re out of stock now.

  • Check your inboxes folks - anyone else have their order cancelled, and a refund pending? Real shame - this was a great price and was looking forward to enjoying this with the kids. Was worth a try.

      Has anyone had theirs posted yet? Mine still says "processing".

    • Mine is still "processing" as well. Have not received an email cancellation. Ordered 07/12 early morning 1am

      • We probably ordered around the same time, but hopefully you guys will be fine if it is still processing this many days on - possibly just waiting to be packaged. Let me know how you go. The stock will come directly from a store.

        • Just got a cancellation email. Pretty much saying got ozbargained and their system couldn't update stock fast enough.

          EDIT: Though tracking my order on their website it now says FULLY DISPATCHED. Just double checked the cancellation email shows an order number / invoice number that does not match mine?

          What do other people get when they track their order even if they have received a cancellation email?

          • @Rollyboyau: I would still be hopeful if I were you. Did you receive any email with Australia Post tracking information?

            Out of interest, did you have anything else in the same order that was possibly dispatched, without the robot?

            My account information on their website actually shows no sign of there ever being an order - it has just completely disappeared as though it never existed.

            • @fookos: Just the Anki Cozmo. Hmm yeah I can still search my order on their website. No tracking provided.

              The order number doesnt match with the email. But the SKU for the Anki Cozmo matches. So not going to put my hopes up.

              EDIT: I used my parcel locker as the address and no tracking in Mypost account. So probably won't get it.

                They said once online orders process through to a store the order number changes

                Original #number, store #number and I am guessing cancellation #number. So 3 different sets of order numbers.

                Btw I checked out as a guest so I was using the 'Track my order' under customer care on their website to track my order. Does not work if logged into an account - so must be a glitch.
