  • Mine has just shipped.

  • Still not shipped either. Very slow processing time…

    • Mine hasn't shipped either

      • +1

Same here. Ordered 5 days ago and still not shipped yet. Very disappointed.

        • According to GeekBuying/Tronsmart each one is going through quality control before being shipped to prevent DOA. Everyone's orders are still within the quoted processing timeframe though.

          • +1

@Clear: Quality control as in open up and test before shipping?
Should i be buying dettol to clean on arrival?

            • @alz: They're not putting them in their ears.

  • Even though this is tempting, I think I will wait 3-4 years to buy a used pair of Apple Airpods for $30 because I am poor BUT I am a classy poor person and cannot be seen mixing non Apple products with my iPhone 6.

      Eeewww.
I'm neither rich nor classy but refuse to put in my ears other people used items - that were in their ears canals for years.

  • Just got an email it's been shipped today. Bought couple days ago

    • Same here and my order was almost a week ago. They must have waited until got number of orders and shipped in one go.

    • Yep same for me. Apparently mine is coming today.

  • Mine just arrived! Charging them now :)

  • +1

Mine arrived today, and first impressions are incredibly good. They came fully charged, are very small and fit comfortably, and most importantly they sound fantastic for the price. Deep bass and clear mids, I'm pretty darn happy - Only complaint is they could be slightly louder, but otherwise easily on par with my Bose Free Soundsports $$. Cheers OP ๐Ÿ‘

    • How's the mic for calls?

      • Have had two calls and both were fine and clear (telstra volte).

    • My set sounds like it has no bass at all. Mids and high are fine but there's practically nothing low down….

      • Does your phones support aptX ? I'm currently streaming di.fm tracks and they're definitely bassy enough for my ears.

        • Note 9, so yeah I assume so. I'll try messing with my phone maybe.
They don't sound any good at all right now

          • @imnotarobot: Yeah I've just played with my equalizer and there's no bass at all. I think I must have a busted unit?

Also tried on my tablet, same result :(

Clear is sorting it for me :) thanks!

Just got mine these are terrible fit in my experience, the tips are really short so you get no bass or loudness. Might be better with custom tips.

  • Got mine today too. So far seems ok for 30 bucks. Touch control is a bit annoying as there is no way to prevent the earphones from starting and stopping playback as you put it into the ears and inevitably touch the controls.

  • Damn mines still with AusPost. No tracking updates since 17 December.

    • If you're using 17track.net change the carrier to UBI and it'll show more accurate tracking.

      • How do I do that ?

        • You can choose the carrier when you put in your tracking number. It will autodetect as Auspost

          • @Clear: My number is auto detected as Singapore Post.
Can't see any UBI from the 3 groups of couriers.

            • @timhn: Did you choose Priority Shipping at checkout? 17track will autodetect it as Auspost and on the "Select Carrier" button above "Track" at 17track.net you can search for UBI.

              • @Clear: Ah damn. I must had selected the first option Free Shipping.
Any idea when my package arrive to Australia?

  • +1

Mines been at Melbourne Airport since 17 December. Auspost approved on 18 December yet expected delivery 30 December. Auspost is pathetic per usual.

  • Thanks OP purchased 1 and was happy with it so purchased another 2.

  • I got mine today. Only complaints is the lag when watching videos. There's a 1-2 sec lag with the audio.

    • Thx for feedback, saved myself $30.

      • I'm experiencing zero lag with the YouTube test video, https://youtu.be/ucZl6vQ_8Uo

        • YouTube compensates for bluetooth audio latency, it's more noticeable in games. Definitely not 1-2 seconds though, closer to 300-400ms.

    • that's weird re lag- reviews seem to say there is no lag

  • Sound quality is great. Regarding calls the other person sometimes doesn't hear me. It takes 2 or so goes to work. When they do, they say my voice is really low. I'd avoid if you are going to use for calls.

  • Just got my order delivered yesterday and gave them a try today. For the price I'm pretty happy, the sound was good and noise reduction worked pretty well. I gave two friends a test call and one of them said there was a tiny echo but the other guy said it was perfect. Now they're both thinking of getting one for themselves since it's only about 30 bucks lol

    • Lucky you my call quality is poor. Tried indoor and outdoor. Called family, friends, bank and health insurance fund and all complained they could barely hear me. Maybe I have a faulty device. Sent an email to customer support.

  • Can anyone comment on how these sound with an IPhone since I don't believe IOS supports AptX?

    • Uses the Apple equivalent… AAC ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • Mine arrived on 24th December. Easy to charge and set up. Using them with Pixel 2.

Audio quality is pretty good for music, and they fit nicely in my ears. They are really loud and clear at full volume, the bass could be better.

The multitouch buttons can take a bit to get used to, I'll recommend trying out all the combos so you can get an idea about the spacing for the taps.

The voice quality for calls is also loud and clear, and the other person could hear me without any issues.

For the price, these earphones are excellent.

  • Received mine over the Christmas break (only just trying them out now).

Call tests were fine, volume was good and the called end said they could hear me fine as well. I wish the bass was a little better but overall the audio is great on these little things. There's no vendor app but I've played with the equalizer in my music player and it seems to work well enough. The touch controls take a little getting used to but that'll come with more usage.

My only issue is that they occasionally seem to drop audio (not disconnect bluetooth). I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about it. I've tried to reset the buds (via both methods) so I've already reset them twice and it still happens. I don't think there are any firmware updates we can do etc …

Overall I still recommend them, I might get another pair to compare and see if they still drop out occasionally

    • I've found them to be a bit hit and miss depending on the device they're connected to.

Perfectly fine with my Nokia 7 Plus and Nintendo Switch with a Bluetooth adaptor, but with my Xperia Z3 tablet, they turn off consistently after 5 minutes if using both earphones. A single earbud will stay on indefinitely but as soon as I pull out the other one, they turn off 5 minutes later. I'm guessing it's some sort of malfunctioning power saving feature. Similar situation with my PS Vita, one earbud works fine, but pulling out the second one connects and works for a few seconds before they both both enter pairing mode.

  • @clear I received mine yesterday. Very quick delivery. But I think I have been sent a wrong product. It says spunky pro. It is a round charging case instead of the oblong shape. Earphones look very different too. Only thing the same is the brand, which is Tronsmart. I checked my order it is showing that I had ordered Onyx Neo. Can you please look into this for me. I checked again it is a different product. It is good but doesnโ€™t have noise canceling.
    Thank you.

    • What's your order number!

      • Order number 5112982.

      • I have received an email with a quality issue case open. Thank you for your help.

  • Darn, I went to order and now getting a 404! Op, any chance of allocating more stock? :)

    • Still 410 pcs left when I just checked and then bought one.
