    I was waiting for this

    • But not buying?

  • gonna give these a go

  • I wear wide brimmed hats at work so can't use my over ear headphones. These look good, and mono option with aptx I'll give them a go.
    Thanks!

    • +3

      wide brimmed hats at work

      are u an umpire

    • I have this issue with over-ear earmuffs. Not great, but I lay them back, so the band is at the lowest part of my neck/shoulder junction.

  • +1

Anyone know what the audio quality is like on these?

Esit: bought anyway, will post a follow up when I get them

    • Bear in mind that transmitting and recieving devices must both support the same aptx profiles for it function.

    • I have the spunky beats version - really like the quality from the "graphene" driver - sounds a bit like my Blitzwolves with similar driver (ie fast add tonally correct). There's a bit of a hump somewhere around the 5-6kHz mark but nothing a little EQ can't fix. Been great with connectivity too - recommend them for sure.

  • Anyone able to comment on how these compare against the QCY T2S?

    • -7

These wireless buds are not that good for sound quality.

I have QCY T2S which is much better for the price and actual audio quality.

I would recommend give this one a miss.

      • You've tried the Onyx Neo?

        • No I've only tried the QCY T2S

          • +8

@Riczter: I was replying to mstwtd. Curious that he's given a new release (as of this week) a try already.

          • @Riczter: How can you judge sound quality without hearing it?

  • Hi Op,
Do you have any code for Haylou GT1 Pro ?

  • Thanks. Bought a pair to try too. Has volume control. Hopefully it's good.

  • So tempted. Has volume touch control this is the first.
Too bad my Jabra still working fine….

    Case has magnet?

    • +3

You can never have too many earphones ;) Yeah there are magnets.

      • are phone calls in stereo? or one ear only

        • Up to you. The earphones can be put into stereo or mono.

          • @Clear: ok so i will definitely hear the call in both ears?
this was the down side of the jbl FreeX's

            • @f5f5f5x5: I'll double check with Tronsmart but I believe that to be the case.

              • @Clear: cheers, appreciate the help

                • +3

@f5f5f5x5: Both earbuds have mics and sound will come through both with calls.

  • I have the Spunky Beats one. Touch controls are fiddly, but sound quality, fit/comfort and battery have been great.

    • @nsm: How is the mic quality on phone calls? I'm trying to find buget TWS with good mic for phone calls, and I can't find much reviews on CVC 8.0

      • +1

I've taken calls while running, and it seems to be clear enough on their end as long as there isn't too much wind and I'm speaking at a good volume.

    • Agree. Great value. I always seem to touch the button while settling them in my ears, but it's not a big deal. Just the occasional unintentional play/pause.

  • Are these likely to arrive before Christmas? thinking of getting a few as gifts

    • +1

It would be pushing with the 2-7 business day processing and 5-8 business day delivery with the Priority Shipping.

      • Anything faster than up to 15 business days “Priority Shipping”?

        • No that's the quickest.

  • Nice, giving it a go. Thanks Clear!

  • USB C is great, curious though what mic quality is like and I'm guessing no chance of multipoint (pairing with multiple devices)?

    • Would love a reply to this

  • These better not be like the spunky pro ones as I refunded them same day I got them. Flat low sound no bass I was so disappointed.

    • +3

      nah they're $30 AND perfect.

      • -6

Well they better be just ordered a pair.
If they don't work out then i'm blacklisting Tronsmart all together.

        • +1

He's being sarcastic. They're $30 earphones. They're probably fine but you get what you pay for. May need to simmer down on your expectations.

      • +1

I think you should have put /s on your post as alz is clearly missing the point lol

        • Yep delayed lol

  • Thanks O.P! Giving these a go.

  • Is the mic quality any good on these? Especially for outdoor environments?

  • +1

    Ordered two.

I guess we'll see how we go :)

  • Hey OP, would this work with iPhone/iPad ? AFIK they don’t support aptX.

    • Yes. It has AAC and SBC codec support for Apple.

  • +1

What's the latency like on these?

    • If you're still wondering, somewhere north of 300ms, haven't figured out a good way to measure it yet, but it's clearly worse than the Sony WH-1000XM3's which are ~200ms.

  • Is this the same as the Tronsmart Spunky Beat without the lanyard and USB charging cable?

I have found a review of these on https://www.scarbir.com/tws/tronsmart-spunky-beat-review?rq=…

    • That's correct.

  • A couple of the pictures on GeekBuying appear to be for a different model. And the Q+A on the charging time instills such confidence!

    • As mentioned in the OP it's this with a few changes.

  • Looking for reviews on call quality. I've got T2C and it picks up a lot of noise during calls. I usually have to take out and bring the right side earbud close to my mouth for the other party to be able to hear me.

    • This review says the calls are good. Scarbir has reviewed over 65 wireless earphones out of China and most usually get a low score for calls.

      • That's a different model though?

        • +2

It helps to read the OP. The charging case has been changed but the earphones remain the same.

  • -1

Will it get here by Christmas you reckon?

    • Given it could take up to 15 business days I'd say you'd be lucky.

  • +1

Bought. FU Bose after your failure to give me the $70 deal the other week.

  • Cheers OP. Grabbed a set.
Lost my damn charging case for my old TWS bluetooth earbuds so need to get a new set. Hope this works better than those.

  • were these cheaper in trons black Friday?

    • +1

You're thinking of the Beat and they weren't cheaper.

      • you're right still 19.99 at the tronsmart ali express store with sundry ali express coupons flying about to reduce cost further

        https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000377076214.html? are they the same?

        • AliExpress prices are ex-GST. What you linked is identical however.

          • @Clear: apparently that 12.5% code is working still…

            • @petry: Then go for it. Comes from the same place anyway.

              • @Clear: I know lol

                • +1

@petry: All I can offer is the 4.2% cashback. AliExpress coupons are covered by Ali themselves so the loss is on them.

            • +3

              @petry: What's the 12.5% code?

  • These no good for gym?

    • Says water resistant I think so should be ok.

  • So do these actually suport aptX HD?

    • +2

      Just aptX. No aptX HD.

  • Coupon code expired. :(

  • deal expired? I am getting ' This coupon code has ultimately reached the limitation usage times'

    • Same here, after creating an account too. Hrr.

    • +1

      Fixed.

  • Ok I bought one too, was looking for one with a good price.

  • +1

Looks like the coupon has reached its limit so I've applied for more stock allocation from GeekBuying. It should be back in an hour or 2 as China are 3 hours behind us ;)

    • Thanks Old Mate

  • +3

More stock allocated. Thanks for the support :)

    • any comments when they will be shipped? Or are GB waiting for stock?

      • It's still within the quoted processing time

      • They'll start shipping today.

  • +2

Ordered one with low expectation. Never tried any of these cheap wireless earphones, but happy to be pleasantly surprised.
For $30, I will take the risk.

  • These wil replace my entry level Soundpeats buds that I lost recently. Hopefully they're at least as good!

  • Mann I bought it. Hopefully it wasnt a mistake!

    • Bought two, now worry that they may not arrived here on time before my overseas trip in Jan. Only intend to use it while travelling only for podcast and casual watching videos while on plane/train etc.

  • +1

Bought few days ago. Has anyone had theirs shipped yet?

    • Nope, still waiting. Bought when first posted

      • What about now?

        • Was posted 3 days ago, as I said below.

  • Just bought these, hope the quailty is as good as the reviews for the Spunky Beats say.

  • +1

@Clear any comments when they will be shipped? Or are GB waiting for stock?
