    Woah, that's a mighty list of exclusions. Perhaps it would be better to list what the coupon actually does with?

      I have just tried the $5 code, it is working. Are you logged in and were you previously a VIP member?

      Also, consider the above terms and conditions.

      I will remove the 20% voucher as it is not working for me as well.

      Seems a strange business decision that they don't, it's not like they're making much money on postage.
      I would have bought a bunch of little knick knacks if they did click and collect.
