The app keeps saying incorrect password, however using the exact same password online at https://www.redrooster.com.au/redroyalty/ it works no problem.
Anyone else have the same issue?
Same here, and the 'forgot password' link didn't send a reset message.
Their app has always been poor and website advises
"Enjoy a FREE Large Chips! Valid instore until 17/12/2019. T&C's apply."
but the various T&Cs links don't mention this offer.Yeah the reset password isn't sending me an email either.
Yeah had the same/similar problem. Logged in fine in the office earlier today. Got to store and had to login again but now it doesn't work kept getting error (I think it said http 429). Gave up came back to the office and I can login fine again…
Some stores will no doubt try to make you buy something or tell you there's a minimum spend

I got the notification for free chips on my phone (notification generated from the app) but when i went to the store there was no record of the deal in my app anymore, so couldnt obtain the deal. Be aware this might be a waste of time if you dont definitely see the offer in your app. Negging as i was clearly targeted but system then didnt align.
Says just to scan the app. Did you try order at counter and get them to scan your barcode?
Yes ordered at counter, scanned app, didnt have voucher in my app to apply. So showed them the app notification and they checked my account again, said i didnt have the offer so issue couldnt be on my end.
nice ploy to get more customers. they really need to lift their game if they want to stay in the industry.
They actually have lifted their game in recent years. A higher up exec from Macca's took over and introduced a whole bunch of new things, for instance home delivery was a big introduction.
I think they're doing great these days, their Hellfire burgers are really good. I'm not surprised people would write them off though, as sad as it is.

If you see the 20 wings for $20 offer, swipe to the right & I found my free chips offer there.
Went to my local RR, peeps tried to play hardball with wanting me to purchase something, couldn't qualify with another serve of 2.50 chips and gravy either. Decided to walk away. It's off putting enough for me to stop buying snacks there on the regular.

sometimes RR give you $5 or so in your account and when i go to use it on their conveniently priced $5 deals, they go, "oh, you can't use it on that deal." they see how unimpressed i look, then tell me they'll "try it on their system" and what do ya know….it does work.
So RR is now WW?
