Wait for OW to actually match the price so they don't have to price beat. If that happens, you can order online from OW.

        • You can price beat over the phone and deliver it to you for free.

    exxy powers

  • Charged via lightning cable

  • Are these any good?

I thought about buying a teenager the Sony WF1000XM3 for Xmas, but these seem cheaper. Do you guys think a teenage boy will like these?

    • They're apparently very good. Yes, any normal teenager should like them.

    • They are good, great for running

  • Hi,
Does anyone here have any experience with the powerbeats pro?

    Got a few questions
    1. Are they comfortable?
    2. How long have you had them?
    3. Any wireless drop outs? if so, what environment were you in during the drop out?

    Thanks in advance! :)

I find them comfortable, had mine since June, and have not had any dropouts. That being said, sometimes they don't connect the first time so I need to put them back in the case and get them out again to re-connect.

The big disadvantages are the size of the charging case, and getting the earbuds to sit correctly in the case so they charge can be tricky.

I often use one at a time when bike commuting, and use them multiple times a day, I couldn't do without them!

I've had them for about 3 months now.
They are very comfortable, even wearing them longer than an hour or two. They fit snug but not so 'in-ear' that it feels like your ear canal is violated haha. Similar to the other user, sometimes the connection isn't solid at first, or only one earpiece connects, so I just put it back in the case for a second, take them out and then try again which normally works.
      No wireless dropouts so far.

      My Experience was bad.

      1. Are they comfortable? : Can wear for like 30 min max. Its painful in ears
      2. How long have you had them? : Got it on first month of its launch and returned back to JB in a week of usage. Complained to apple as well, no help though
      3. Any wireless drop outs? if so, what environment were you in during the drop out? : Drops a lot at crowded places, train station, CBD.

I would say look at the reviews at Amazon.com choose the reviews with lowest rating and then you can get some problem related to this. Apple has recently removed the reviews from it website

Sounds like you don’t enjoy canal phones - they aren’t for everybody.

      • Everyone’s ear is different after all. I found the opposite to your review

You are right .. May be not fit for me. I am happy this is being noticed by manufacturer with so many people complaining about dropouts & sensors issue
The painful part was with inferior crus. coming from powerbeats 3, powerbeats pro desgin has protuding design for inferior crus where the sensors are located.

          • @groot: I just recently bought a pair of powerbeats pro, unfortunately during my first 30mins of running i had about 7 minor connection drop outs. I was running around a football field with my phone in my pocket experiencing medium strong winds.
I've updated the powerbeats pro to the latest firmware and the phone i use is a Xiaomi Mi Mix (android phone) running bluetooth v4.2.
Was really hoping that the connection would be rock solid, now i don't know how to feel about these.
Love the earhooks though, really stable in the ears.

What true wireless earbuds did you end up going with?
            Jabra elite 75T?

            • +1

@lalala6565: Nah mate ! Although 75T were my first choice after returning pro but then dropped the plan to buy them. Also, found that Costco was offering cheapest price on 75t and JB can do a price match.
Earhooks were lovely .. I have taken a step back now and sticking to powerbeats 3 for now.

Thanks for posting. Matched priced it at JB Hifi and it’s pretty easy to setup and use. 👍🏼

  • I litteraly just bought these from the Apple store online the day before this deal and just went to check my order to see if it's too late to cancel and now apple is saying my order has been cancelled and I have not been charged yet I did not cancel it myself and I have been charged. Dunno if I should risk it and buy these and prey I can cancel with apple. Cannot contact apple in any way untill tomorrow and by then this deal will be over. Lucky me.
