Maybe they linked the credit card?

The code that didn't work I tried applying Today, Saturday. one day after i received the email.
Maybe Uber picked up on the error?

Free lunch to kill the work week is a deal too good to pass up. Bought a couple cheeseburgers and drinks from Mc'Ds for myself and a co-worker.
Delivery was quick, but one of black tape bag seals was ripped, didn't notice until in the break room.
Lo and behold, brown bag inside of the bigger bag is unfolded, with my burger missing.
Wasn't expecting a refund or anything since the meal was totally gratis, but they instead credited me $3.90 for the cheeseburger extra pickles, and a note stating they've recorded the details and the situation is under "internal review" I'd feel pretty bad if some student-visa kid lost their job over a cheeseburger, but I really don't plan on using Ubereats again. C'est la vie.
