This targeted deal appeared in my CBA App. (I have a CBA bank account with debit card & also an Awards credit card.)

Deal terms:
Get $15 cashback when you spend $100 or more at Myer
Activate & Spend by 31 Dec

How to Claim:
1) Activate before you spend.
2) Shop in participating stores or online on the Myer website.
3) Pay with your eligible CommBank debit or credit Mastercard and tap or select credit.
4) Automatically get paid to your account within 14 business days.

Expires 31 Dec 2019 midnight (Sydney & Melbourne time).

Eligibility:
Rewards can only be claimed once.
You're unable to claim if you use a payment platform such as Afterpay, Zip Pay and Paypal.
The required spend must be met in 1 transaction unless otherwise stated.

    Is this part of their 'Awards' deal on their app? I received an email from Commbank yesterday re something like that.

      To access the offer on the app, I click on the 3 lines in the corner & then >> Products and Offers >> Commbank Rewards.

      It says that I'll get the cashback even if I use a CBA debit card, so it doesn't seem to be directly linked to the Awards on their Awards Credit Cards.

    couldn't see the offer initially but went to home page settings and added rewards. Also had offer for $10 off $60 spend at house and $10 off $70 spend at Terry White Pharmacy.

    Thanks Op! I tried searching for this and looks like I have this and a lot of other offers. May be there is an easy way to post all of them but some worth a mention are

    $50 off $50 spend at flight centre
    $20 off $100 spend at new balance
    $25 off $125 spend at Oakley / sunglass hut
    $40 off $150 spend at kitchen aid
    $15 off $100 spend at robins kitchen / adrenaline/ super cheap auto
    $10 off $60 spend at house

    I had a few more - I haven’t heard of those stores before, but I am sure there must be a better way to list all the deals.

    My question is in regards to purchase with Myers. It list the physical stores, and mention can't be made through other platforms like paypal etc. Did i miss a line that specifically mentions about online purchase?

      It means you can't use PayPal or AfterPay as you won't get the credit i.e. third-party processors. Your card has to be directly charged by Myer themselves

    Has anyone who shopped in store for this offer received their cashback?
    I activated the offer and mine also had the "participating stores or online" but when following up the $15 credit just now (as has been over 14 business days) they were quite rude about it and said the offer I activated is 'online only' and I would not be eligible for the cashback. They were unable to confirm the details of the offer as per what I saw in the app. I have raised complaint.

        Not yet, I had my own screenshot of the $15 offer, which is worded slightly different to the offer in OzB screenshot but still clearly worded as being available in-store (not online only). Sent complaint handler the screenshot and they waiting to hear back from rewards team or something.

          Update- complaint handler has reviewed my screenshot and will be providing the $15 credit. They still awaiting other area to resolve overall issue with the particular offer, but for me personally then issue resolved (once $15 hits my account).

              I used dropdown Complaint then Staff, as my Complaint was partially regarding the phone staff I spoke with on the issue not handling the situation correctly as they should never assume something (how they thought online only) without proof. Good luck with your claim.
