  • I received a ticket number from Kogan Help saying they will send me my GCs soon. That was two days ago. Kogan is a joke. I tried calling theit 1300 number. There is no option to talk to someone.

    Am I the only one who no longer trust buying stuff from them anymore? I cannot imagine the kind of support headaches if I have problem with their product. This is the last time I will ever touch anything to do with Kogan. I have sent them a request to refund me my money. Wish me luck

    • It is very poor service. They should have on the gift card site the message "Buy Now For super slow Email Delivery!" and not "Buy Now For Fast Email Delivery!" it currently has.

      I'm considering a refund also, let us know how you go.

    • Has anyone succeeded in requesting a refund from them? I ordered the gift card 24 hours ago for a sale that ends midnight tomorrow. I’m considering to ask for refund and buy the gift cards from Woolworths for the purchase but worry they wouldn’t allow the refund and then have spend my money twice for nothing :(

  • Yep I'm in the same shoes. Has anyones credit card been debited yet though? I saw mine have an authorisation but it disappeared.

    I got a reply on Friday from the customer service agent after I tried emailing but they asked me for a reference for my gift card. I didn't have a reference as I never got an email and didn't take a screenshot!

    Ordered the gift cards on Thursday and only just received them at 10.31am today. Very painful experience, should've just bought the gift cards from Woolies.

    • Woolies hasn't had run out of stock of gift cards since Friday in 3 woollies I've been to, lucky im not in a rush for mine so i'll get this (though I would have preferred to buy in woowlies to pay cash).

    • Good for you. I ordered on Wednesday. No GCs, no reply from Kogan Help since Friday. Frustrating

  • So 5 days after raising the ticket and numerous email follow up, they told me the order didn't go through and to try again. What a joke.

  • Emailed customer support who couldn't give an expiry date and just said to buy as soon as possible.

      Unfortunately it has now expired.
