        The bottom one is a passive driver, it's not a typical speaker with coil and magnet

    I have one and I think they're great especially at that price. I paid about 60 a year ago. Still going strong. Bit bass heavy and ofc not the most musically accurate speaker but it's small and portable and has great battery life.
