  This is the original version from 2018, which now suffers from severe loss of Bass due to a firmware update. There is a newer model out. Don't update your firmware like me and ruin it!

    Might sound silly but have you tried playing with the EQ settings in your music app? I have two of the smaller models and found the bass too overpowering on standard settings, but easily fixed with EQ.

        Ah ok. I thought you were referring to a version II of the revolve+. This listing made me think there is but I don’t think so now. No other mention on the net I could find.

  swifty7 BOSE should fix it for you - get the forms from ACCC they might listen then. Bose Australia seems to be very poor on aftersales service, BUT they are very good at Price Gouging. Did you know they protect their price Gouging in Australia by preventing us form purchasing offshore - any USA retailer that sells to Australians lose their Bose dealership.
  In the USA there are Forwarding companies and buying clubs that give you an American address so you can save on shipping and buy from retailers that do not supply outside of the USA. When Bose finds the address's of these they are but on the blacklist and sent to Bose USA retailers.

  I just got one of these for Christmas, and the giver paid almost full RRP! Trying to decide whether to swap it over for the new Bose home portable speaker for the extra volume and wifi features.

  Price has gone down to $294.

  Was hoping to get some $ back for the one my mrs paid $430 for at JB last week but comm bank price protection must be for a printed catalogue price. Damn.

  Still not opened so maybe I’ll just buy from amazon and return the other to JB.
