  • MoneyBackCo is terrible - don't let this influence your buying decision. I purchased a notebook from Lenovo using MBC in Feb of this year and still haven't gotten my money back yet. Also, they got my purchasing amount wrong (albeit only by $50). The initial estimate was May but now it says August.

Another vote for poor service by MBC. I have a claim that for the last 2 months (still going on) already went back and forth between MBC and shop, passing responsibility on my discount claim. Never ever again rely on MBC's discount.

      • Don't go with those guys!

Go with buckscoop (no fees) and it's faster.

Knowing this site my comment will get removed because MBC is partnered with this OzB

Hmmm Moneybackco can be slow, but it often pays a much higher % payout than buckscoop

I have used both, prefer Moneybackco

        • Well, I've only used MBC once and it was fine for me. The purchase price they got was less than excpected, but I think that was minus GST. Money arrived fine, which I considered a bonus really.

        • Does Buckscoop also pay 7%?

    • are you sure the $50 difference is not GST

With Dell and others moneybackco pays on the pre-GST amount…

      • Hmm I guess GST makes sense. But still, they are taking a very long time to give me my money.

  • Is the link dead or affiliated? Apologies in advance if it isn't.

    • the link still works

    • Checking the URL before it links to the dell website - looks like a referral link.

  • buckscoop only pays 5% but no membership fee of $10.

    • So if your purchase is worth more than $500 pre-GST from dell, you are better off with Moneybackco assuming the level of service is the same as buckscoop…
