  Even from the review I can't tell if it's the old controller or the new one. Any ideas guys?

    99% sure it's the old style.

  just purchased a couple of controllers from these guys a few weeks back. they are the elite black variant ie have black coloured analog sticks and D-pad (contrary to picture). Not the silver ones which have a rotatable D pad

    the ones you got, were they genuine MS or potential copies?
    and did they come in original sealed packaging?
    how do you rate it?
    cause similar price for ones on ebay from asia…..
    am looking for one at the moment…

  oops, my bad I read the topic wrongly.. I thought this was a deal from TheHut, got confused by the description.. sorry
  I presume they would be highly similar though, doubt they would be pushing fake copies. Mine as far as I could tell they were genuine, in sealed MS packaging with duracell batteries, manuals etc.
