You don't even need this before a workout.
Decent price but dont reccommend this product, gives a good buzz for training but i got really bad side effects post workout ranging from aanxiety to suicidal thoughts.
If 150mg of caffeine, a tiny amount of BA and some underdosed AAKG do that to you, you probably need to get checked out. C4 is pretty mild and there might be something serious happening.
If this gives you any negative side effects you need to see a gp. This product is good for new users but useless otherwise, Underdosed in every ingredient bar caffeine. Need to double scoop to get close to recommended dosages.
Have used in the past. Gives me the energy I need for the extra reps I want to do each set. Only downside is I am super exhausted by 3pm if I don't drink coffee (usual C4 intake ~8am). Also super exhausted the day after.
