$4.99 is AA. Ikea AAA are $12.99. They are 900mah though. Might not jump at this and wait for a better deal on something that is better than 750mah.

@RockyRaccoon: Thanks for the tip @RockyRaccoon. Ended up going for the catch 750mah ones, as I just need them for toys. $1.25 price diff per battery, and couldn't justify that when buying 20 of them.

750mAh is the standard minimum capacity for Japanese made AAA Eneloops. Their typical capacity is rated at 800mAh - most other brands rate the typical capacity rather than the minimum capacity.
You can get higher capacity rechargeables, but their self discharge and longevity will never be as good as these Japanese made Eneloops.

That used to be the case a few years ago, but they've recommenced producing regular, non-Pro Eneloops in Japan for a while now.
I've got some 8 packs of BK-3MCCE (AA) and BK-4MCCE (AAA) batteries (same generation as these in the deal; see the back of the packaging in the deal link photos), and both types are made in Japan.

Yes I found that out yesterday so thats why I went with the ebay ones, which are also eneloop pro. See details in my post above
