That actually was incorrect. Thank you for letting us know. If the product was found to be damaged when arrived we will cover the cost to ship it back and provide a replacement at our own cost.
Interested in the couches - but are there any reviews etc, really hard to know how they would feel without seeing them?
I understand. Unfortunately not all customers are interested to leave their reviews after purchasing the products. Also due to the size and weight of the couches, the shipping cost is general quite high shipping to the east coast. Therefore the majority of our sofa buyers are local who can visit us and look at the products before purchase.

Generally it takes 3 days to get to Sydney. I just checked the tracking info and it says "Weather delay. Collection or delivery at first opportunity". But looks like it's already in Sydney. Hopefully you will get it soon. Please keep an eye on the tracking information or get updates on your mobile (instructions have been provided to you) so you'll make yourself available when it arrives.

Some products,looks really good and I have been quoted previously more for shipping alone than that you selling for( another company Melbourne to perth), whats the catch?
