Why do you say that ? Sorry but we are a legitimate Sydney based computer repair service business offering $99.95 individual support for a limited time. Please let me know if you have any questions…

      • Sydney based hey?, so what's your ABN, I cant find it on your site …

        • doesnt have one or else he would have registered for a .com.au instead

          • @Jaduqimon: I used google domain they don't support .com.au domains so we went with .support

  • +4

not really a bargain, more of an advertisement

    • +1

It's a real bargain, we are a legitimate Sydney based computer repair service business. We are offering $99.95 for individual support for a limited time. Please let me know if you have any questions…

      • +1

no, it is not a bargain, it's an advertisement, I even checked out your website and there is no featured $250 service…this is not a bargain. Advertise on somewhere else

  • +6

There is no visible bargain here

  • -3

sorry guys, its 99$ for individual support its a special offer down from $250.

    • +2

Has anyone actually paid 250 for your services

      • Yes, it's the standard price mate I offer. I help fix complex internet and network issues all the time and this is standard. I am offering $99.95 individual support for a limited time. I haven't used ozbargain to post before so apologies if I didn't format correctly. Thanks ! :)

        • +2

well for $250 they can almost buy a new computer from TECHFAST

          • +1

@Jaduqimon: For complex issues which can take 3-4 hours I am sure it's worthwhile. $250 can buy you millions of other things I suppose…too.

            • @autechsupport: 3-4 hours is enough to set up a whole network at home, including drilling holes for ethernet socket… either you are under charging as goodwill, or not so competent.

Viruses/malware usually can not be removed remotely without booting into safe mode…

how do you sleep at night?

      • Come again ?

      • +12

        he doesn,t its 24/7 service

    • I have no issue with listing if they normally charge $250 but now $99.95 as a bargain.

I do have issues however with the supposed service that is provided 'remotely'. Which will probably be some dude calling you and asking you to get TeamViewer installed and will open your data up for them to see/record/copy.

Now since they are professionals they wouldn't do that of course…

They will probably just install an antivirus and anti spyware, clean then uninstall. Update windows drivers etc…which arguably…isn't worth the money they ask for…but then so are alot of things sold…not worth the money they are bought at.

      • Apologies if the service is out of budget for you mate, I used to charge this flat fee for complex issues but I am offering $99.95 for individual support. Nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciate the comment though.

    Slow Computer Speed

Nice, I didn’t know ram could be remotely upgraded…
    I’ll show myself out.

    • +1

thats not as miraculous as being able to fix your internet issues through remote desktop…

      • +1

I am sorry if the $99.95 offer is over budget for you but complex internet issues can take hours to fix and if we don't fix it they won't pay. It's simple. Thanks !

  • Funny how your 'discount rate' fits right around what everyone else is charging

    • +1

The rates you linked to are on the high-range compared to our $99.95 offer… did we miss anything ?

      • No you claim your rates are normally $250 which is ridiculous. Clearly no-one has ever hired you at that rate. This site is for listing bargains and $100 an hour for work people with minimal knowledge of computers can perform is not a bargain.

  • +1

your post isn't shown on ozbargain anymore fyi.. probably got too many downvotes in a short period of time.. good luck

    • +1

Cheers mate, ill sus it out.

website created September 2019 but you have a testimonial of a person saying they used you for "MANY YEAR"

    ok buddy.

    • I think he created another profile to positive vote his advertisement

      • na jaduqimon did lol

      • +1

I did not create another profile.

      • Nah i voted him positive so more ppl can see this clown post.

    • +1

Yeah mate I've been in the I.T and computer repair business for many years. I created the site recently mate was more freelancing before. Cheers !

  • So what complex internet and network issues do you fix? purely would like to know from a network engineer prospective & would also like to know what it has anything to do with just a PC and not Switches / Routers, Unless these "complex" issues are reinstalling Ethernet & or Wifi Drivers, lol.

    $99

    to Run Malwarebytes?
    to click on Windows Update?
to use CCleaner ? (which i wouldn't use)
As for slow speed, Unless if there is something going on like thermal throttling from 5 years of Dust, or an ass ton of Viruses that's just BS.

    • +2

It depends on the problem mate, I didn't think offering this here would be such a drama. Maybe I should decrease it to say $35 for you guys ? Complex issues as described mate…

  • aww man.. what happened to "allouche painting & decoration"..

    • hahahha was just about to post that

    • +1

That was a family business mate but we now run a family construction firm at the moment too ! Thanks

  • +2

upvoting because I feel pity for this new guy having to deal with us

    • +7

nah look im sure he does legitimate work (doesnt take your money and run). just unfortunate that majority of ozbargainers are tech savvy and knows that what can be fixed remotely is very trivial to begin with and I imagine most of his customers are mums and dads and grandpas who doesnt know much about computers and thus feel like he is kinda ripping them off.

      • +5

I was about to post nearly identical thing except with the analogy of he might as well be a mechanic offering a basic oil change on a car enthusiast forum.

  • Sus

    • +1

      ?

  • he actually decreased the price for us LOL

    • Of course.

  • Thanks for the support everyone ! I recently dropped the offer to $39.95 from $99.95. Enjoy !

  • Hi guys it's autechsupport. I just remoteed into jaduqimon'ss PC to write this message. Love you all

    • +1

      -.-

  • FYI, apparently this is $39.95 for 30 days, according to website. should put that in description, otherwise everyone's assuming lifetime.

Your purchase today includes 30 days of unlimited remote tech support for 1 computer and 1 mobile device anywhere in Australia for a one-off charge of $39.95 AUD (Was $99.95).

    also, wasn't it $250 lol

    • +1

No, its once-off support… are you sure ?

@skido: Yes, its a once-off charge which includes 30 days of unlimited support. No monthly commitment involved.

        • +1

The $35.95 includes 30 days of unlimited support, is that what you meant ? It's a once off charge…

Would not trust this service, especially since this amazing offer from $250 went down, to $99 & now because ozbargain is so nice its only $39.99!!!

highly doubt you're just doing this from the kindness of your heart & most likely that you are either very desperate, or you're going to remote access some poor sod for malicious purposes.

    • +1

Yeah mate I had the offer at $99.95 and dropped down to $39.95. I normally charge $250 for complex issues but switched to providing individual support for $99.95 (Now dropped to $39.95). Hope that helps. Thank you…

      • -1

You normally charge $250, but now only ask for $39.95…

You must be really good at what you do….

        • +1

          It's a special OzBargain deal mate…

  • -1

We will remotely fix your tech problem
All online, no need for home visits as we can remotely and quickly help fix your technology problem.

There is no evidence supplied to back up this big claim, but at least you've covered your arse with the disclaimer.

These factors may be such that our software and/or services will not be able to remedy the problems with your computer, tablet or phone 100% of the time.

    • +1

Exactly mate, I make it clear that if it can't be fix there won't be any charge. We can't fix all issues as some issues may be hardware faults and parts would need replacing instead. Cheers!

  • let us know if anyone has purchased your service after this deal was posted..

    • +3

      Will do ! :)

      • +12

I will give the OP credit for keeping his cool despite the reactions (and fury) of the OZB community. If he can handle us he can surely handle the gramps that ask endless stupid questions…like 'where is the ANY key'?

        • +4

That's actually a pretty good point. Clearly has the patience, just needs some more PR skills and less defensiveness. Seems like a sole trader offering their time as a service to help the less experienced/knowledgeable. Might not be the target market here but gotta start somewhere I guess. Good luck to them.

  • +6

If you think a listing is a scam, just report it.

Setting out to wreck someone's business and/or reputation because you're some an opinionated (profanity) or are too stupid to understand what an ABN actually is - just isn't cool.

    • +3

This is the problem with PC "repairs" business, there's always some smart arse that'll criticise everything you do or fat kid behind a keyboard who'll do it for $5 because they think they know it all.

At least the OP is responding to questions unlike some other BS deals on here…

      • or fat kid behind a keyboard who'll do it for $5

        What's their phone number?

  • what if the issue can't be fixed but you guys? Will I get my money back?

    • -1

      no

    • Yes, there is a 100% No Fix No Fee money-back guarantee and 30 days warranty on all repairs ! Redeem online at Australian Tech Support
