The headline "product features" have contradicted itself in the space of a single sentence. This is bad, isn't it?

And OP couldn't decrease the discount by one cent, so we can pay $39.00 and receive free shipping?

Amazon calculates free shipping threshold according to the original price, so this is free shipping for all. Post title edited.

You have to be cautious with these hubs. I have had a lot of failures in USB connection with generic versions (3 ebay specials) and the last one I bought (Digitech) bricked 2 drives (4TB x 3.5 and 2TB 2.5)when I restarted my Win 10 machine for an update with them plugged in. I was in the middle of sorting large amounts of media files onto my NAS and lost 5TB of files. The HDD's are now Raw. I would be interested to know if anyone can recommend this brand. I just want something to read and sort through decades of files on dozens of old 2.5 and 3.5 HDD's before I toss them.

I’ve owned a few of these docks and they’ve always been Vantec. They’ve never given me trouble.
