How Officeworks hasn't price matched Coles yet is beyond me! Head office staff must still be on holiday!
they probably are aware of these promos, maybe they just don't want to lower their prices national-wide just because of some random OzBargainers like us coming in stores and asking for extra 5% off.
p.s I often go to my local officeworks to price-beat and every time the manager in charge is like "hey just give him the discount and be quiet about it so other customers won't notice" :d

Actually the price-match and 10% extra price-beat (Samsung Galaxy 10e) last time I visited OfficeWorks was all the more worthwhile, being served by a very cheerful salespereon.

Nope. You still earn the normal amount flybuys points when purchasing any gift card.

From memory, Apple Music will preferentially take the funds from your Apple ID balance over your linked CC, so yes.
Combine the 20% off gift cards with the discounted yearly sub and you get a total of around 33% off the monthly subscription fee!
