  • Is it possible to redeem it with existing subscription?

    • First reply on this thread, makes it seem like it is possible

      • That one more for 365 home but I think the Business one should be fine.

    • Yes, I have purchased several before and will get another. If you go to your services then press the extend license it will ask if you have an unused sub license then just add to the existing will extend for the extra 12 months.

      • just add to the existing will extend for the extra 12 months.

I am currently using Exchange Online just wondering if I can just upgrade it with this.

  • Is this 1 person 5 devices?

    • Yep, looks like it (well, 15 devices all up if you have that many)

The Business Premium provides a 12-month subscription for a single user which covers full access of the bundled programs on 5 tablets, 5 phones, and 5 computers. The Office 365 premium can be made available for up to 300 users with additional paid licenses for your business needs.

A bit weird to me, as it's "single user", just across multiple devices… compared to the Home version:

Office 365 Home gives a complete 1-year subscription to premium versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Access across 6 users regardless of which platform they’re using.

      • Pretty much only important difference between Home & Business, is Business 365 allows your email to be @yourdomain.com.au and also have alias emails that all point to a primary email.

        • Yeah the most important for 365 Business is their hosted Exchange, if people after MS Office better go back to Home version.

      • Just wondering how he can do price matching.

        • its digital download but you still buy in-store to buy and they give you a serial key which you enter online and download

  • I currently have business essentials….trying to work out how to add this and move from business essentials to this premium
On with O365 support now, but they are a little confused, even sent them to the Harvey Norman URL.

Do I add this licence and then move/assign the user to it?

    • Well Microsoft business support were hopeless - couldnt tell me jack all…I they were more concerned this was a reseller dodgy company haha

    • Same can't find out where to extend subscription with this as mentioned before.

      • This was the only thing I found so far, but havent got it working yet…tempted to remove my credit card info and see what happens
