HUAWEI U8150 IDEOS Android™ Unlocked $149 Free Delivery (May Be)

17

Cheap Android phone version 2.2.

Although the site didn't say free delivery but I entered Sydney post code and comes up $0.

Or VIRGIN prepaid for $79

  • not a good deal, got an unlocked in november for this price.

  • You can also get a locked one for $79 and pay $20 online to get the unlock code. I know it's not everyone's thing, but I'd say most people on OzBargain can work out how to get the code & unlock it.

and most voda ones are unlocked anyway

    • $20 for an unlock code is what I call a 'saw you coming' price - if you pay that much, they saw you coming. The paid-unlockers use a free, open source app.

      • Which doesn't work for the IDEOS. It's one of the only ones you do actually need to pay for.

  • This doesn't seem like a good price, by a reasonably long shot (hence a neg from me): these phones are all over eBay for under $100 (BuyItNow price) - unlocked and delivered.

I almost bought one yesterday … see any of the links on this ebay page -> http://bit.ly/pPbA5e (I was looking for a cheapie that had bluetooth and GPS to be able to use RunKeeper's Android app with my bluetooth HRM for running).

  • newer version of this (ideos X1) is only 90 bucks on the optus website. + 20 bucks to unlock..

  • can confirm free delivery to Adelaide too, so likely national.

Good little phone for the price.

why buy this unlocked when you could get the LG Optimus One unlocked for $139 delivered from Unique Mobiles

This doesn't look like a good price or a 'bargain'… no deal
