Need to keep it in perspective. If you have respiratory issues or a weakened immune system definitely avoid. Other than that, if you are a bit 'tin foil hat', avoid the lifts and sit on the fringe of shows and enjoy!
Have you seen the news? Everyone (6000 passengers) on a costa cruise was held on board for quarantine just because ONE chinese passenger had flu like symptoms.
Oh, I wasn't aware. That being said, could do worse than a few extra nights on a cruise ship.. unless it's viral ridden (but it's not in the same transmission category as something like the Measels). If you are fit and healthy, worse case is a bad cold.
Same thing can happen on a flight. It's just the current environment.
I'd check the itinerary, due to Coronavirus Lifou and Mare have closed their ports to cruise ships.

Interesting with the closed ports. Normally get alternate ports. Would be interesting to see what you get. For example, they might go to Ouvea, which is a much nicer stop.
