i grabbed one at the price - looks like a solid tripod spreader - they describe it as a "dolly" but it's not - wheels are lockable and has some decent looking tripod leg clamps

    ive not used this model before but looks solid to me - like i said the wheels are too small to be used as a dolly - idiotic that they call it that - but this will stop your tripod legs from spreading out when you dont want them to - ie after you've levelled the head etc - and you can bag it for extra stability so legs dont lift when you pan etc
