If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, Kmart has these for $9. Been using one at work for the past 6 months and has held up quite well.

    yep ive used this kmart and scorptec one for ages and its totally fine
    
    but i just got this aliexpress and the key difference is that the quality is 2x better (softer smoother material) and the foam is much firmer
    
    so the kmart one is better if you prefer less firm (so it doesnt cut off your circulation)
    
    ive already adjusted though
