I haven't had any problems with them at all, and just wondering what problems other people have had, that is all.

    • and they must have paid the developers nothing! How can they make closing account so easy while providing few option for customers to update their saving plan?
Since closing my account is so easy I'm going to close my account soon.

  • The network is always down. I still haven't done my August saving plan! I can't do it online nor over the phone.

Anyone out there that STILL hasn't set up their August direct debit!? (I am talking abt the $100 one)

  • This is my experience, it is still not resolved.

uccoffee on 10/08/2011 - 09:52 I have got a call from virgin money and the supervisor told me there's a technical problem stopping the ASP or any scheduled transaction other than I close the account. And there is no fixed date when they are going to fix it. He also told me it's not a spam when I asked him, and virgin did not do it on purpose.

  • @ uccoffee
