      Yes, i got a pair of these.
      only catch was that the box was labelled "Size 12 US" but the contents had "Size 11US" inside.
      So you could say they were "a bit snug".
      Anyway gave them to me 16yo to wear.

      They're actually the worst kind of shoes you could wear for tennis because they have no support. I used to wear them when playing tennis when I was younger and from that, developed knee and ankle problems. My feet and knees always used to kill after playing tennis in volleys.

        They used to be standard issue for the Defence Force (PT). I'm not sure if they still are. I got a pair when I signed up in '96. I remember that they were pretty comfortable, but I didn't like the look of them. I never thought they'd be this popular, and I think I threw mine in the bin as soon as I graduated.

          No, you didn't get Volleys. You were issued the Dunlop KT26 which aren't a bad shoe, but not really suitable for defence PT.

          Agree with McCoy. Strangely enough I enlisted the same year. I got the newer white/black shoes (I was told were made by Nike, but I doubt it) though, everyone else had the powder/sky blue KT26 Dunlops.

          IIRC they used to give out Volleys in the gaols though; not quite the armed forces, but I suppose the inmates are still somewhat indentured! :p

      I recommend washing ones feet regularly, wearing socks and not stepping in dog poo (or the poo of any other fauna, to be honest - rotting flora should also be avoided).

    My god how sloooow is the site, over 1 hour now to try and order, then "403 forbidden" page as redirected to paypal.
    It would have been quicker for me to drive to K-mart Fountain Gate and just buy a pair from the store.
