What is the attraction of these franchise joints?
One opened near me, and looked very popular, so I tried it.
Small serves, mostly noodles with a tiny bit of meat and veg.
The authentic Chinese restaurant/takeaway a couple of doors down costs only a dollar or two more, but is infinitely better.
Can't people wait an extra ten minutes for real food to be cooked?
