Purchased 2 x the QCY T2C late last year, but with movement, the sound cuts in and out. When I tried going for a run with them it was to the point where the cutouts were about 30% of the listening time. Is there something I am doing wrong or are they likely the issue?

    • perhaps you're running so fast you're breaking the sound barrier? :)

      • Sigh, if only, it's more like a shuffle at the moment.

    QCY

    WHO?

  • Coming up as $33.08 at checkout.
Does geek buying include gst in the price or is it +10%?

    • There is no GST at GeekBuying. The AU$ is based on a conversion of the US price to AU via MasterCard and VISA's rate. Someone with a currency conversion fee free card would get that price or better.

  • Can we get a deal on Tronsmart Spunky Beat?

Pushed Tronsmart Spunky down. I just got the SoundPeats Truedot because of this list.

    • And what you think of soundpeats truedot?

      • By just got I mean just ordered from Ali. Will get back to you in a few weeks!

        • I’ll hold you to it. Let’s see if you can remember to 😁

  • Code is no longer working?

I have these and they are OK. Sound is decent and the fit is good. Case and battery life are very good. Microphone fine for indoors in a quiet environment but not good enough for outdoors or where others are talking around you, it picks up everything. Gaming mode is OK for some games but not for shooters, the lag is too much. I use them for the gym and that is about it. The build quality is pretty good.

Would not purchase anything from Geekbuying, has issues with my previous true wireless headphones within a month of use and they would no refund/resend the product.

I see you're a new account so you wouldn't have been aware that people can reach out to me with issues and I'll get them resolved.

      When did this happen?

Emails with service aftersale started on the 4th of Feb, was told that I could receive a percentage refund - I did not accept given the fault occurred within reasonable time and should be covered by warranty.

        Here's the emal:

        Dear [email protected],
We check your order was delivered by Dec.
It has been used for about one month .
We can only arrange a partial refund 15USD.
If it were defective on arrival ,we can arrange a full refund .
If ok we will process it .

        Sincerely,

        • I hope you get a replacement as partial refund is unacceptable for one month of use.

        • Thanks. I'll chase that up and get it sorted for you.

Edit: An email has been sent with a resolution. Thanks for reaching out to me! Any further issues please let me know.

  • Thanks! Purchased a pair to replace my terrible Anomoibuds (full AliExpress refund was nice).

  • Could anyone comment on the mic function? Is it good quality enough for an 1 hour teleconference?
    Thanks.

    • I've been using these for the past week for phone calls. In a quiet room they are perfect. When taking phone calls walking around the city not the best as the mic pics up ambient noise.

      • Thank you for your info.
Any recommendation with a better mic?

  • does anyone know how to get the mic input to work with a Mac? sound is fine, but it doesn't pick up the mic :(
