    Just note that the newer GTX 1650 on this laptop has worse performance than the older GTX 1060 on laptops

      True. The overriding ranking number here is the xx50 vs xx60. True the 16xx is newer than the 10xx, but the xx50 is a full performance tier below the xx60.
