      I put an energy drink into your taps at home AND at work. It's uses an ingredient known to us in the biz as dihydrogen monoxide. Can help with energy levels and has no caffeine!

      Nope! But it will make things faster if you do order beforehand. Also (not with this one it won't be a problem) but ordering online will secure your product when it might sell out

    Be wary. I bought 3 x 24 packs for what I thought was $60 pickup.
    Paid via paypal and found out got charged for shipping too so slugged with a $22.35 shipping on top even though i clearly chose pickup option (have print-out / email to prove)!
    I am awaiting the complaint email, and yet to pickup from Auburn.

    Not happy jan….

        Sorry for the inconvenience mangew! Pickup is a brand new option that was only released this week and it looks like when combined with our PayPal system there is a bug. You should be contacted today by customer service but you'll definitely be getting a refund

        Edit: It's been confirmed by IT. A "fix" for something else was rolled out Friday night and it broke Paypal+Pickup. Sorry again!

          I still haven't had any rectification nor comfirmation of my complaint via HN BB website dated 4/9. I am still in limbo as to whether I can go in and pickup or is it going to arrive on my doorstep? I rang the customer service number as indicated on the website to only find they told me to ring back after 9am! The time I rang was 8.40am.

          To be fair 9am is the general start of the business day and 8.40am is definitely before 9am. Since you posted this after 9am did you try calling before you posted?

          Hi mangew, the only reason why you would have been told after 9am is because there is often nobody here before then to answer your enquiry. Sorry you didn't get contacted yesterday, I think you may have just spoken to customer service if I overheard correctly but if not your delivery is absolutely available for pickup and your refund is being processed this morning

          Finally got through to the HN BB customer service and the girl on the phone was quick to dismiss my call not evben asking for any details of my transaction, I had told her the brief summary of what my issue was i.e purchased V on 3/9 via paypal and elected pickup from Auburn location and got charged shipping on top.
          She explained that she was at this point in time in process of refunding the error as a number of transaction had same issue. I had to ask if was okay still to pickup or not and got acknowledgement it was ok.

          So will let you know of the outcome.

          Addit: I just checked and have received refund for shipping error. Am about to head out to pick up item.

    I got charged the shipping fee as well when I paid by CC. Picked the case up from the Auburn store on Saturday, sent an email on Monday about the fee & still waiting for a response, ref #63762.
