I was looking for a hard drive to backup my stuffs and I came across this. I was considering between this and a USB 3.0 but decided to get this since my computer only supports USB 2.0 atm and by the time my computer has USB 3.0 I'd probably need a new drive and the price would be much cheaper. I believe this is the cheapest you can get for 1 TB hard drive atm. MSY had Samsung 1 TB for 49, but it's out of stock everywhere.

The store: FREE overnight delivery to NSW area. Note that the delivery to some areas might take longer. I placed an order on Wednesday night, it was dispatched on Thursday morning and I received it on Friday. Very happy with their service. Most online stores here charge ridiculous shipping, but not this one.

The hard drive: the case is made of brushed metal and I really like the feel and look of it. It feels very solid. But then it's really heavy. The write speed is pretty fast too.

      Can't say much about the Paypal (I use CC anyways) but I've ordered several things from Gizmomart before with good turnaround. They had replacement TomTom mounts for cheap when other places were expensive as or not in stock. Their deal of the day site isn't too bad either.

    Just curious, with these drives, to get them to work with both Windows and Mac, you need FAT32 in order for it to work right?

    Does that mean sharing files between the two will always have a 4GB single file limit?

    If there's a way around that, I wouldn't mind getting this to share between the computers at home.
