  I went 1 year… only 1 or 2 actual home builders … everything else was basically from an infomercial. if you're actually looking to buying or building… dont bother.

  Do not give away any of your personal information at these events/seminars because they’ll hassle you and keep communicating with you. Most of the time they want to use your capital for their investments rather than providing useful information for investors.
