A great 4K monitor if your budget is under $400. Some specs are even better than Dell U2718Q.

Especially good at this point of time when more and more people start working from home.

I would have bought this if I did not place my order on a BenQ PD2700U.

In-Built Speakers - Height, Pivot, Swivel & Tilt Adjustable
Native Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD)
Native Aspect Ratio: 16:9

There was a 3-hour flash sale at $310 delivered (w/o ebay plus), but yeah, it was a 'flash'.

  • Wish I had bought one at $300! :(

Wish i had bought one at $100

      • When was it $100? (It was $300 in the previous deal, as referenced in the deal post, which is what I was referring to)

I believe that might have been a joke.

@entropysbane: Understand that, but it comes across as a smart arse response to my comment (suggesting that my comment was not valid).

But this monitor was $300, and I had the chance to buy it at $300 but didn’t - and I regret passing on that deal. I’m not just saying “I wish I could buy it for $x”. I am commenting specifically on my regret of missing out on the previous deal. (A deal which is specifically referenced in this deal post!)

  • Just an FYI, I own a 28 inch Samsung budget 4k screen, I think you really do need to get up to about 32" to make full use of 4k. I've had to use scaling on mine, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Good price if you're determined to get 4k, under 32" though!

    • I scaled mine at 150%, all the texts are super shape which is very good to me for the CAD and office use.

I have this one with my MacBook Pro and very happy with it.
Display quality very good at 4K with 60Hz and this is the model with the adjustable stand which I’ve found quite useful.
Speakers are crappy though - not that I was expecting much on that front.
    Good buy.

Any recommendation for 32” 4k monitor? On a budget of course.

  • Highly recommended. I have the U2790VQ version. Very happy with this monitor for home office purposes.
