No customer support except Philippines call centre. Optus doesn't rebrand its cheap prepaid sims. You can use Optus stores just like any other Optus customers can. Choose Optus if you can get a good deal.

Oh, and Boost telephone CS sucks big time.

Only worth it if you need overseas calls.

What Optus deal even comes close to this? I guess you could buy the $150 1 year plan and renew after 6 months, but the bonus data might not be there in 6 months time.

Only problem is Optus doesnt work when you're in the bush.

"No customer support except Philippines call centre" That is the customer support!! Whats wrong with the Philippines customer service? Does Optus use Australian call centre?

    • Isn't the cell service the same as Telstra?

OW pricematch possible from tomorrow ?

    • +1

Most likely you can. Make sure you quote the product and page number of the coles catalogue when you try to pricematch.

    • Price beat price beat… Last thing we need them to start doing is just price matching.

  • Thanks OP, will definitely take this up.

dont forget they have a bonus 40gig on the 150 / 80 gig plan at the moment

    • +1

Do you know if this can be used for existing customers?

  • Looks like Coles have taken down all their catalogues.

  • Does anyone know whether they have the $150 /80gb on special too?

  • Anyone know the expiry period on these? I assume it's a $2 Sim with a voucher right?

    • Expiry is I think about a year or a little bit more

    • It's a $300 sim

  • going into self serve and selecting the recharge doesn't require the SIM card
