      You beat me to it.

    • +2

      Too small for that 😂

    • And flour, and handwash, and tissues…

    • +9

Don't be stupid, toilet rolls go in the bullet proof safe.

  • +19

    Perfect for self-isolation.

    • What if the government ppl come to your house and check, they still gona find you though

      • +5

        What?

        • Sorry, I mean if they suspect you are contracted…

      • +3

'At home' is exactly where you should be found if you're isolated mate.

They aren't dragging infected people off to hospitals / concentration camps.

"They aren't dragging infected people off to hospitals / concentration camps"

          Yet!

      • +1

        I second the above 'What?'

    • +2

For either before or after getting sick (in case you didn’t make it!). Sorry guys, crude sense of humour here.

  • +1

    yes more storage space

  • Probably can't fit my bicycle in there

    • Just buy a smaller bicycle.

      • I'll need to have a smaller manhood

    • Aldi does a good bike storage crate. I'm probably going to grab one next time round now I've cleared up behind the shed.

  • Not durable based on the reviews.

    • +3

I have 2 outside for at least half a year. No problem at all storing kids toys etc.

      • +12

How many kids fit in one?

        • +1

          5

    • Hail punched holes in mine. Wondering if I can still live with the tarp and duct tape.

    • I had some pool noodles in there and it bent the whole thing so the lid won't close. Apart from that it's ok with the elements.

  • +3

    dooms day hideout sorted.

  • hopefully we are not in lockdown lol

I have one already from previous year. They are fine with the sun, and decent strength.
    I'll prob grab 2 more

    • +2

Do these keep bugs out or can cockroaches and spiders find their way in? Thanks!

      • +1

not really, there are holes big enough for the roaches to get in, i spray mine once in a while to keep them out

        • Could these holes be covered with some sort of mesh?

          • @Geekomatic: its around the edges the can get it. Its not a sealed container
Good price though, hopefully they are not locking us down

        • Well that is a silly design in Australia isn't it.

    • +2

How's this for actually sitting or lying down on? Can it support a bunch of people sitting on top?

  • +4

Just need Bunnings to come up with their version.

  • +3

It is very flimsy, bought last time. Cannot sit on it or move with heavy load! If you just want to use as storage, then fine.. a good looking cardboard box..

You get what you pay for… stronger ones are 5x this price or more :-)

    • Does it keep your rolls dry?

    • +1

Agreed. I have one and it's flimsy and wobbly. Don't even think about moving it after loading it up.

  • +1

I have two of these.. this needs some sort of shade or protection from heat. Great for a patio/pergola. Not very solid. can break if you over load it
Good price compared to previous years i think.

  • +3

    How is the ventilation?
Might make a good punishment room for the kids when they breach hygiene protocol.

    • Get a cordless ozito drill with battery and a 10mm drill bit you will be fine.

Heck you can even drill the holes in a pattern which spell your kids' name

    • +3

It has two openings either side for air flow..

Which means dust, insects etc get in too!

  • +4

    Bought 2.

Hinges are plastic and both have broken after being blown open by the wind.
Structure is pretty solid imho and have no issues sitting on it.
If it is against a wall or locked so it didnt blow open and put stress on the hinges, it is not bad at all.

    • +1

Agree. Wind got to mine too and broke off all the hinges.

  • +2

That's the gimp's bday present sorted.

  • +4

I bought 2 of these last sale at half price because they didn't sell during the sale. I have one with all my car cleaning stuff just outside the garage door and to put my motorcycle cover in for when I go to work. It does the job perfectly. The other one holds outside toys in it. Was it worth $25, yes,is it worth $50. Not for me.

  • couldnt recommend keter products

  • Mine warped after 3 weeks. Still need to drive it to Aldi to return

  • +1

    cheap coffin

    • Not cheaper than a hole in the ground

  • A hiding spot for the doomsday prepers

  • Went to a couple of stores this morning SE Melbourne. Aldi people say, they have not received the stock and may take 2-3 days more before they hit the shelves.

Anyone else able to get this?

EDIT: Bunnings has now reduced a similar one to $49.89, now lower than the Aldi one at $49.99
