[NSW] Library Amnesty Fees Waived @ Inner West (Sydney) Libraries

Inner West Sydney libraries have waived overdue fees "until further notice".
This includes Marrickville, Balmain, Ashfield and Leichhardt library and many others. Some are closed. Check websites.

Good for if you are in self isolation and can't return items in time.

Make sure you don't touch anything when you go in.

If you are self isolating, definitely stay away.

Email says: "No fines will be applied until further notice".

Good news at Marrickville, you can go in and out without touching anything except what you're borrowing.
There's also hand sanitizer for all guests.

Must become a Library member of course.

(mod: removed improper suggested use of library facilities) - thanks mod

This is neither a deal nor a bargain.

And it's selfish to do as you suggest.
The reason for the amnesty is due to the precautionary closure of smaller branches and to dissuade people who cannot return items on time due to these closures and/or quarantine / illness.
