You might find yourself happier with a 4700X when all's said and done.
The human malware has really affected my local IT shops… took a week for me to receive an order for a ATX case they had in stock! When I rang to find out what the issue was, it sounded like a buying frenzy was happening.

I was at Umart this morning, at 8:50am (they open at 9am), I was third in the queue of about 10 people, at 9am there were 25ish people waiting and by the time I was leaving at 9:15, there must have been at least 50 people waiting.

Get the Techfast. Sell the 1600AF and get a 3600 and you’re set.
Well a case is $70. Mobo $150. Power supply $100. Ram $130. And that’s with no GPU. Which will set you back $350 - $400 for a decent one. Or the RX570 atm for about $150.
