      Good for bass, wouldn't recommend for extended periods of chat. My partner just complains about the amount of wind and background noise every time I used them. I use these as backups to my Freebuds 3, they still sound great.

    Haven't tried these one's but have tried the SoundPeats TrueDot and QCY T5's. Definitely prefer the T5's and similar price too, good mic for call quality.

    Bought the true capsules on Friday and delivered today. Very excited turned to disappointment again the mic is a let down. Used it for 50 calls today everyone complained so switched to normal wired headphones. This is my second set of soundpeats. 1st lot were the soundpeats q35 HD bought 7 weeks ago and stopped charging last Monday . I rang amazon and got an instant refund. Which I used to buy the true capsules on Friday. Regretting spending $46 on them. Happy to discuss further with op if required

      you waited for 50 calls long before changing to wired headphones?hmm..just try their support like mentioned, they are quite quick in responding.

      my friend has true capsule and he is more than happy with it. I ordered truewings yesterday and i am sure they are great.

    Received my truewings today and they're phenomenal. I'm using them for bike riding/basketball but I would wait for the truengine SE for anybody reading that isn't sporty.

    Can vouch for the TrueCapsules - great sound, good bass. Recommended for music but haven't had much luck with calls. At times, music is choppy when in crowded spaces.

    I bought thses back in Sept 2019. Product sounds good and is comfortable, but I never really take calls do can't really comments.

    Problem is they died on me last week, one earbug just conked out and stopped making noise. I emailed and they sent me a replacement direct from Amazon with no hassle.

    Had these a while and just returned them for a refund.

    Sound quality is great, awesome bass and good seal. Like how they aren't as chunky as most other cheap headsets.

    Issues: they cut out and stutter amongst crowds when phone is in jeans pocket. I have to hold it my hand for it to work properly. The volume didn't sync properly to my galaxy s7 phone. Max volume was sometimes way too low. Had to put them into case to reset them. annoying when you don't bring the case when out. Like others have said, Mic is pretty useless when outdoors.

    I could live with all this, especially for the rediculously low price. but the Volume thing was a real annoyance, so I got the refund. Maybe I'll buy another set to see if it was just a problem with mine.

    can anyone comment on which model is best for voice all, continuously up to one hour? Mic performance is more important than just the quality for music.

          Yes, truefree+ model is the upgraded by truefree, truefree has no cover, total playtime is 15 hours, and truefree+ model has a cover and total playtime is 35 hours
