Hey all,

dropped by my local chemist warehouse and saw that they are having a 50% off vitamin sale again.

I cannot remember all the brands that were on sale, but it was pretty much all the big brands they had since the yellow sales tags were all across the vitamins shelves.
Some that I know off hand are blackmores, swisse, natures's farm.
Should have taken a pic from their catalogue in store, but I think the new catalogue should be available soon at lasso.com.au.

from what I gathered from the sales lady, this just started and finishes on the 25 sept. instores only.

***i should fore-warn that the current (ends tonight) 50% off Selected blackmores vitamins at woolies is better.
unless you are buying those selected items, the prices for the other items at chemist warehouse should be better.

    Fyi all - its not 50% off chemist warehouse prices, its 50% off "rrp" so not so cheap but cheaper relative to coles/woolies normal prices

      Yep, i found out when i go there… :(

      Swisse adult ones were only about $3 cheaper than normal, but the kids ones were only about $5 which was half price…
      Cenovis was not on sale…

    For the guys who are bodybuilders, you can get Tribulus from the Blackmores Men's performance Multivitamin.
    It contains 6grams of tribulus so its quite good value for money.

    Its suppose to mimic the effects of testosterone (to a less potent effect) and anecdotal evidence suggest that will help with muscle growth. Testosterone does increase the activity of sebacious glans so if you're already getting acne, this may worsen it (as it did with me)

    Just a random fact for anyone who was interested :)

    Very doggy Sales…..Blackmores Fish Oil 1000mg 400cap from around $40 discount to around $19, looks like up the sale price then discount…

      Woolies selling the same Blackmores 400caps for $12.49 though the sale ends tonight.

        That's a good price, thanks for the heads up. I usually buy the Amcal branded fish oil and it's about $17 for 400.

        I find I can get most these vitamins cheaper from iHerb, even after these eye catching (and deceptive) discounts are factored in.

          Do your research when buying fish oil as it easily goes Rancid from light and heat so you may be doing more harm than good if the products quality controls are poor.
