If you are looking to do some baking with the kids during the lockdown, this could be a good budget stand mixer to see you through. is selling for Approx $90 on ebay, and $159 at myer, so seems like a good deal to me.

Note: This bench mixer is only 3.5 L Bowl, so if you need or want a large one this is not for you.

      Got to know where to look. I get 00 pizza flour. 12KG for $16. muhuhhahahahahaha. They're currently restricted to 1 per customer but 12KG last 2-3 weeks.

            @LuckyDrew: The secret is to hit up food wholesalers - a lot are now advertising on facebook as their restaurant clientele has dries up and they are looking for sales.
            We have a local wholesaler I can buy bulk food through and am not needing to waste time at the supermarket lottery.

              @singlemalt72: They don't sell to customer without an ABN AFAIK. If they do, there's a minimum order of 10-20 bags of 12.5KG.

                Our food supplier happy to sell to the public even without ABN. Plenty of 5kg bags of Sam Remo pasta. Plenty of 12kg plain Sharpe and self raising flour.

                You don't have to buy 10 to 20 bags

          For that particular brand, they only have plain flour, 12.5kg for $10.99.
          They also have Manildra Bakers flour, plain flour and self raising flour 12.5 kg for 11.99$
