stick with household bleach or minimum 70% alcohol as per WHO recommendationsI'm highly sceptical of the manufacturer's claims (why wouldn't they, given they have a commercial interest), and would rather take the results of an independent study over their claims any day
I'm no giving an opinion either way, just putting it out there so people can do their own reading.
And speaking of reading, do have a link to somewhere where the WHO specifies a minimum of 70% alcohol? I've seen their 'Guide to Local Production' pdf where they provide a couple of formulations for 80% and 75% concentration respectively of ethanol and isopropyl alcohol, but elsewhere in that same document they specify they're formulated to meet EN-1500 standard of 60% v/v, meaning your claim of a required 70% minimum is incorrect.
